Welcome to the Önder Trout
The company was founded in 1986 by Abdullah Özdemir and based in Söğütlüdere, a small town near Kemer, which in turn is near Fethiye. The initial aim of the company was the sale of trout and trout hatchlings. Over the years the company grew and today sells 1500 tons of trout per year together with 150 tons of salmon; it also produces 100 million trout hatchlings annually of which 40 million are sold as fertile eggs and the other 60 million as baby trout. The company operates on 4 sites: 3 land-based and 1 within a lake. And alongside all of this the company is continually looking for new fish farm projects.
